Italian artist Leone Frollo produces a large number of colorful illustrations of women, many quite pretty. An occasional image of a woman with a whip is as close as Frollo seems to get to femdom art proper.

While he draws dominatrices I’ve never seen one dominating man. It is all F/f with the bottom often bearing a striking resemblance to Bettie Page.
