Robert Bishop was a master with pen and ink.
The ever popular theme of a dominant woman using a submissive man like a horse.
Spurs! Robert K. Bishop, The Bishop, has been called the Rembrandt of Bondage. Few BDSM illustrators have seem to have captured my own fantasies so remarkably well.
This Robert Bishop drawing has fascinated me for years. Her slave has clearly been reprimanded for some sort of misbehavior. I guess she swatted him with that newspaper (?) she has in her hand. But …
… that teddy bear simply confuses me. I don’t think it is age play. Bishop’s drawings often had pet roleplying though. That the illustration baffles me is part of what makes it very affecting. This drawing by The Bishop of a woman putting a man into tight, contorted, uncomfortable bondage is an old favorite.
Robert K. Bishop (1945 – 1991) was an American BDSM artist, often credited as The Bishop or simply Bishop.
Always good to run across something by Robert Bishop that I haven’t already seen.
Even The Bishop did some feminization / sissyfication art.
Robert Bishop’s bondage work is the portion of his oeuvre that I enjoy the most. Much of it is cumbersome, complicated and wildly improbable.
Her fingernails are so – too – long that she shouldn’t be putting her hand between her thighs. Man reduced to a useful animal, a pet is always enjoyable. The last illustration has long baffled but pleased me.
It has been a time since I posted any art by Robert Bishop. It would be a treat to meet a woman who could physically wrestle me into submission.
