A classic Eric Stanton situation: strong women and a comparatively impotent, helpless man. Little Gay Girls is obviously hints that the women are lesbians. Lesbians as imagined by hetero men. But the titles of these old books were meant to sell, not inform.

Given the context – the camera – I can’t help but think of the man as Stanton’s sometime employer Irving Klaw. Perhaps surrounded by some of his bondage models, angry at how little they are paid for their work.
