A Whip Doesn’t Make a Woman Dominant
I remember the first time a guy told me that he thought Bettie Page looked cruel. I was startled. Whatever her attire she’s always looked like an old-fashioned version of the girl-next-door. I’ve always assumed that was a substantial portion of her perennial appeal.
I’m not really fond of faux femdom art that uses a whip or visored cap to make a woman into a ‘dominatrix’ without giving her qualities that are really suggestive of dominance or sadism.
