Gene Bilbrew drew many exciting female sadists but sometimes his illustrations were pedestrian (to be kind). Perhaps Tortura Press didn’t pay well.
Or does the idea of being bound and whipped by women thrill you so deeply you don’t even think about the quality of the illustration.
