Surely you, dear reader, can explain, interpret this drawing of Sardax’s to me.
If I could explain why I’d say this illustration finds Sardax at the height of his powers. But I can’t. So I won’t.

No this lady is not Asian -she’s veiled which might make it look a little difficult to tell. The scene is actually a bizarre shoe shop, and she is trying out some long boots. The shop assistant is eagerly describing the quality of their construction and material. She however teases him with a little dig from her heel and plays with the hem of her dress.
Her hubby, leashed and naked at her feet, shows his own enthusiasm for the boot.
This was one of several commissions for a client who had definite ideas about what he wanted so it took me away from my own stereotypes a little.
